  • We have a strong and dedicated group of adult leaders.
  • We’re about as youth-led as a troop can get.
  • We draw most of our members from local, thriving Cub Scout Packs
  • We focus on building leadership through hands-on experiences.
  • Our troop offers a wide variety of engaging outdoor activities.

What does all this cost?

We have a one time induction fee to the troop which is $100.
This pays for:

  • Required Scout uniform patches & uniform epaulettes

Our annual dues are $150 per year.
This covers:

  • National Scouts BSA. membership fees
  • Subscription to Boy’s Life magazine
  • Administrative and program costs for the troop

Our camping activities are paid for separately and can vary:

  • Generally, the cost for weekend camping ranges from $20 to $100
  • Owasippe Scout Reservation (summer camp) is roughly $500

Now Think About This:

In Scouting, your son will play, work, and learn with other kids his age, as well as boys who are both older and younger than him. He is accepted in a wide range of age groups and will have fun with them shoulder to shoulder. In what other activity will your son have that experience? Take a minute to think about it, then realize that nothing compares to Scouting. Nothing.
