What We Do

Monthly Campouts

We go on an overnight weekend activity at least once every month, including tent camping, canoeing, rock climbing, and much more!

Regular Meetings

We meet 2 times per month at the American Legion Post 134, where scouts learn new skills, plan activities, and grow together.

Service Projects

We perform service projects in our community and participate in the annual Morton Grove Days Parade.

Adventure Awaits

From tent camping to cave exploration, canoeing to rock climbing, our troop embraces the outdoors and all its adventures. We encourage scouts to challenge themselves, build teamwork, and develop leadership skills.

Each month brings a new overnight activity, giving scouts plenty of opportunities to apply what they've learned and explore the natural world around them.

Owasippe Summer Camp

Every summer, we attend Owasippe Scout Reservation for a week of unforgettable experiences. Scouts participate in merit badge classes, outdoor activities, campfires, and build lasting friendships.

Summer camp is the highlight of our scouting year, offering opportunities for advancement, adventure, and creating lifelong memories.

In Scouting, your son will play, work, and learn with other kids his age, as well as boys who are both older and younger than him. He is accepted in a wide range of age groups and will have fun with them shoulder to shoulder. In what other activity will your son have that experience? Take a minute to think about it, then realize that nothing compares to Scouting. Nothing.
